Returns & Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product or your product is faulty, L’amore Furnishings must be notified in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in by post to the following address within 5 working days from delivery.

If your items are found faulty or not as described on our website on delivery, please inform the Lamore Furnishings delivery driver.
Our policy lasts for 5 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If within the allotted time period and boxed up in its original packaging, we will organise the return from you.
Lamore Furnishings will not accept the products back if they have been used and are not in their original packaging.
However, should you not meet the above terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of specialist courier collection and new packaging which will be deducted from any agreed refund by Lamore Furnishings Ltd
Please note that mattresses cannot be returned once delivered and opened as a strict compliance with Health and Safety standards we are not going to take back any opened and used mattresses. The mattress can not be repackaged and given to someone else so there are no circumstances where a return and refund are possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– With obvious signs of use.
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery, only on agreement by Lamore Furnishings Ltd
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working day days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Eligible returns accepted at the discretion of Lamore Furnishings Ltd are free within at 5 day period of signing for the item. After that time, should a return or exchange be accepted by Lamore Furnishings Ltd at their discretion you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
